Cherry Blossoms Schedule for 2011

As I'm typing this, the cherry blossoms are supposed to be blooming in Jeju already. Guess I have to be satisfied with recollections of my visits to Jinhae, Hadong and Namhae during the spring of 2007 and remind myself that spring isn't really my favourite season. Sour grapes, huh?

Anyway the cherry blossom schedule is already out on the KTO website for those of you who are planning to catch the sights in Korea this season.  Happy planning for your itinerary!

Hul, I am already late for cherry blossoms schedule. But I want to go to see cherry blossoms. Where is the most beautiful place to see them near or in Busan?

Hi Bella,
Thanks for dropping by this blog and posting your question. Sorry for this late reply.
I've never been to Busan so can't recommend anything but Jinhae is near Busan so you can check out the Cherry Blossom Festival there now. Hope you get to see the spring flowers!
Regards,
ajumma

Hi again, Bella,
Just checked with a friend who lived in Busan. He recommends the area around the Garak Apartments near the Nakdong River if you're still keen to see the cherry blossoms in Busan.
Hope this helps.
Cheers,
ajumma
